TIME FRAME was established in 1997 in Friedrichsdorf/Taunus, at the very place where telephony originated. It started out as a software and systems retailer in the areas of CRM and knowledge management. We soon recognised the growth opportunities of CRM in the field of corporate customer services: as a link between customers, brand and business. And so customer service developed into Customer Care as a service.
