The TIME FRAME AG was launched in 1997 in Friedrichsdorf/Taunus, where Telephony has its origin. As a software & system house for the subject of CRM and knowledge management. We quickly recognized the growth opportunities of CRM in the area of corporate customer services: as a link between customers, brands and companies. And from Customer Service was CustomerCare - as a service. Over the past 15 years, the TIMEFRAME has continued to develop. In the triangle of a distributed organizational structure from CustomerCare, HumanResources and Software & Solutions. Tailored with expertise and solutions, TIMEFRAME AG is at your service as a BPO provider.
